Gil Barkey: Good touch on the ball overall on pass. Consistent settles but need more first touch positive to set up second touch. Had tendency to play backwards. Quicker decisions on the ball under pressure. Take on more in 1v1. More turns toward attacking options. Confident dribbler. Shooting accuracy is inconsistent and sometimes rushed. Has a very good ball strike with right foot but not always confident in her ability. Good set pieces and corner kicks.
Gil Barkey: Good tactically- sometimes doubt your decisions. More confidence in your runs and keep them going. Good coverage defensively but not always urgent. You know the spaces you need to be in. Sometime under pressure you have trouble with the decision on whether to pass or to keep and have confidence w what you decide.
Gil Barkey: When you are on the ball do a little more to hold your ground in your position. Especially when your back is to goal. Defensively you didn't really get in hard on tackles or make body contact. Needed to more getting after balls in the air and being aggressive for the ball.
Gil Barkey: Positive teammate and always had good things to say around the team. Good observations. We had that situation early in the season where you didn't take to not starting in the game as opposed to understanding the total impact you were going to have in that game.
Gil Barkey:
You were a very important player for us and filled a big role of leadership. We were needing goal production out of you along with attacking creativity and setting up chances for your team this season. I'm proud to have been your coach these last two years and I hope the lessons you've learned through soccer and our class benefit you for a lifetime.
